Backup / secondary MX
For those occasions when your mail server goes offline or your broadband connection fails mailMX provides Backup MX/Secondary MX for your domain. Whilst your server is inaccessible we store your inbound email for up to 7 days avoiding your customers receiving bounce messages (NDRs). This ensures that no business critical email is lost, shortly after your mail server comes back online we will automatically deliver queued email. This service is compatible with mail servers including Exchange 2003 / 2007 / 2010 (SBS).
